LODGING - "Sunnyview" First Lake, Old Forge. This rental is perfect for children or adults of any age. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen, plus a sitting room on the first floor with gas fireplace. There is a screened gazebo, large dock and full, sandy beach with gentle waterfront. Located on Bay Road, this home is not far from town, but is located in a very quiet cove. Sunny, southern exposure makes this definitely a "sunnyview". Pet Friendly but no smoking, please.
ACTIVITIES - Enchanted Forest Water Safari. One full day or two half days at the New York's largest water theme park. From splashtacular water rides, to classic amusement rides, fun food, exciting games, storybook characters, a family circus show and more, there's something for every member of your family! Tickets for (3) Adults and (2) Children ages 3-11.
Train Robbery on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. The Loomis Gang is at it again! An all new Wild West Train Robbery with cowboys and horses. Wednesday only.
Horseback Riding. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondack's on horseback. These guided tours have been in business for over 20 years. Their goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable riding experience for all levels. Ride will be for an hour and 15 minutes.
Rafting on the Moose River.The summer Moose is a trip that virtually every family can enjoy. Geared for younger ones. Rafting trips can be enjoyed by kids as young as 8. This is also an ideal river for first time rafters in the summer time when the Moose is a class I and II river, which allows for a delightful warm water trip.
Movie night or matinee at the historic Strand Theatre.
